My Toshiba laptop is vista capable and i want to upgrade. I visited this site http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/ebtext.to?page=vistaExpressUpgrade and i dont know what they want me to do when they said "When placing your redemption request, you will be asked to provide the following information: ... A valid Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for the preinstalled Microsoft XP software which is on a sticker affixed on the underside of your notebook."

And what are the steps that i need to do to change to Vista?

first you request that Vista CD from Toshiba (if they offer this as part of the deal), if not you have to buy an upgrade XP to Vista

One you have the CD, you placed this in your DVD drive and let it install by itself

mind you, do not haste to fast into Vista
