I'm doind two reports in SS both due on the same day (Feb 20). I searched all over the web looking for Civil War Gerorgia( preferably sharpshooter) and Ohio Infantry Regment flags. I also need the name of a battle that was fought in the wodds, on a hill so I can reinact it for a video. These are both for an individual grade AND I MUST DO BOTH. If you know a site where they have pics of the flags, GREAT, I NEED THE PICS cuz I MUST make the flags or else I fail. I need these grades to bring my grade to passing and I'm giveing all my efort on this. Thanx

The first link I provided is to an Ohio history site and it includes much information about Ohio soldiers in the Civil War. The specific page referenced links to maps for different campaigns and battles.
The flag of the 175th Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry is on the second link.
The 11th Georgia Artillery battery is the third link and includes a photo of the actual flag for Fort Sumter.
The final link is to a US Forest Service site about the Civil War in the heavily wooded area of West Virginia. I think you will gather valuable data for your reports from this link. Civil War facts and general information abounds on the internet, and you should find yourself with an A on your reports - you might also find that you get hooked on a really interesting period of history which is well documented on free web sites. Good luck!
