A lot of Asian grocers carry this candy AND I've also seen it at CostPlus.

World Market or oriental specialty shops. We have a lot here because I live by a military base, so rice candy is pretty easy to find.

www.japanesesnacks.com appears to have what you are looking for and many other snacks similar. I hope this helps you out. If not online you could alwyas hit an Asian grocery store. If you do not know where one is you can use phoen book or hit a local Japanese rest. for dinner and maybe ask the owner where to get authentic Asian grocery items.
