Don't bother. Unless you're overseas with military or something, the shipping costs will nullify any savings you may get from buying on the internet. If you are overseas, best bet is the base commissary, or send your stateside-resident family a check to buy them for you.

I buy diapers at Sam's Club. I get 274 or so for about $40. Thats for Huggies. They also have Pampers Swaddlers for just under $40 and you get over 200 diapers as well. The Sam's Club brand is even cheaper yet!

amazon.com works well for me, free shipping is always good.
drugstore.com offers good prices and free shipping on their orders when you spend a certain amount.
I use both, depending on who has the best deal on both wipes and diapers.
