CCV is the 3 digit no on the back side of the card and it has been placed near the signature block on the back side... the last 3 digits are your CCV no. its always pre generated on every card, so no need to generate one.....

depends what kind of credit card u having..

bank of america and citi card give option to create the virtual credit card numbers to do the safe online shopping...there u can generate the new credit card numbers nad the cvv codes too
