I'm sure there are more theists by far. It just seems like there are more atheists because we work harder.

For my money, I like Bad Liberal's analogy, though.
Just imagine if someone tried to market a game like that.
Talk about your fire and brimstone.

Atheists are outnumbered 9:1 in the USA but we don't give up. Every mind we save is a victory in the War on Ignorance and Superstition.

The people in the world who believe in the existence of a deity of some sort vastly outnumber the atheists. For one thing atheists are mostly in developed countries and most of the world's population lives in third world conditions.

Atheism tends to develop in places where people have too much free time.

Actually, Atheists outnumber Theists ... China and India, by themselves, would account for most atheists.

It's theists, obviously. There are just so many more of them. But I think atheists flock here because it's fun. It's like one of those Zombie Attack games - they keep lumbering towards you, arms flailing, they're really easy to knock down, but there are thousands more behind them. The atheists are the anti-zombie heroes. So we stand out.

Well, it's just an analogy.

Athiests account for only 3% of the U.S. population. Sad huh?
A recent study from the University of Minnesota also says that in a new survey, "atheists fall below Muslims, gays, and every other minority group when it comes to sharing their vision of American society."

The study ALSO found that " Atheists are also the minority group most Americans are least willing to allow their children to marry."

So there's your answer. It is very sad news for Athiests. My sister is Athiest and hears daily how her beliefs are wrong and that she is going to hell. I feel very sad for her and Athiests who hear this daily. How can some Christians be so judgemental?!? Especially when they preach the opposite. Hope this helps!

Notice the heavy censorship we now have? Uhh...thats 100% driven by the "theists" or "jihadists".
