i'm sorry. but if he never calls you, yeah, you really should move on. that has happen to me before, and i think it's just better to move on, then just sitting somewhere, waiting for him to call.
or he just might be shy. you never really know. whenever you see him next, go up to him and talk to him. bring up the subject about him calling you. but don't bring up the subject to fast, just have a conversation. and see how he reacts. good luck. :]
