Truthfully we don't clean or process our wild hogs. We field dress them and take them to the local meat processor. They do a far better job at it then we ever did. They have a secret sausage seasoning recipe that is so good you'd slap your momma!!!
Usually costs us like 35 or 40 bucks.
We could do it ourselves and have in the past but it is super nice having everything prepackaged and ready to go.

Yeah, but it ain't easy to find! I've never done a hog. Here are somethings I picked up while searching:
It's much like a deer.
Wear gloves as they have a lot of diseases that can be passed on to humans.
Do not age them, they should be cooled down ASAP.

just pay for some one 2 do it they might even tell u if it has a disease.itz better my friends dad died cuz a hog was sick even thoug he had cleand it very well.
