Raw carrots are naturally sweet. They do not need anything added to them.
Shred raw carrots. Squeeze out the juice. Cook the rest. Mmmm, carrot juice.
Blended up with fruite and ice. Depending on the fruite you may need to add some sugar. If you want to add honey or sweetened condensed milk remember to heat it first otherwise the ice will solidify the honey and it will not blend.
Slow cooked with cabbage, parsnips, and potatoes. Some people put a corned beef in, but I like it with some veggie broth and "pickling spices" (corned beef without the beef).

Well, I really don't like carrots, but if I must eat them I prefer them raw. I cannot STAND cooked carrots, the texture is very off putting.
Anyway, I have a friend who, when we were kids, would dip raw carrots in sugar. It was actually pretty good.

Eat the outside of it first, then when you get the little tube carrot thing in the middle, eat it.

just in 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Usually have them raw, with variety of sauce to dip them in.Ketchup is pretty much the only thing that doesn't work.
But if they're cooked,I love to steam then bake with a little brown sugar on top(added at the end to make sweet crunchy glaze).
