By this i mean, can't there be times for other things. I find that with christians, its all about god. I mean All about god. I believe and love god with all of my heart but like watching other programs on tv other than bible stories. I also like lots of different movies just not christian music? Someone please. I think i need a christian site to go on because no one in this neck of the woods is listening to me. I walk away without an answer to my question. I end up feeling guilty and i don't think thats right.

Yes, it means you're imbalanced.

Yes, I have balance in my life and I certainly don't just listen to Christian music or watch Christian movies. I enjoy many different kinds of both. The fact that you love God is the important thing. Jesus came to set us free and as long what you are taking in is not totally vulgar. I have found that when you are close to God, the Holy Spirit tells me what is not suitable for me. I just get this uncomfortable feeling and I know that this movie or whatever is not for me. I cannot watch brutal murders in movies, it just is too offence for me. Listen to that still small voice and you will do the right thing.

LOL hon, of course there are other things than just going to church, listening to church music and watching the bible stories on tv.

I'm a Christian of many many years, and I listen to mostly country music, I love a good comedy movie, I like to read books by Dean Koontz and Stephen King, I love internet surfing on just about anything (I'm a research-aholic lol).

God wants us to enjoy our lives, of course He does!

Yes, I have balance in my life. I only listen to Christian music, but that's my choice, it wasn't pushed me into it. I watch TV and things that aren't always "christian" There are Christians here and we are listening to you. Please don't feel guilty.

God does not have a problem with Christians enjoying their lives.
..as long as we put Jesus, first.

Also, we should consider Him, in whatever activities and past times that we are ingaged in and in a state of prayer throughout the day.
