I am sure the Creationists will cut and paste some ridiculous scripture and says it disproves it

Radio Carbon dating is based on the measure of the ratio between 12C and 14C. However, this doesn't actually produce a result which is definitive. For example, say I found a skeleton in a fossil layer with some bits of charcoal above it, if I dated the skeleton and the charcoal I should, in theory, get the same age, but I won't. Of, course not, you say, the charcoal, being found above it, could be younger. But what happens if the charcoal actually was dated as being older? There was a case in Australia where this exact scenario was played out: the charcoal was found to be older than the skeleton underneath. So then the Scientist said the skeleton was older than it had been dated at because that was how old the charcoal was.
According to scientists, with a half life of 5000 years or so, 14C won't allow you to date anything much older than 50K years, yet there are well attested cases where samples which have been in 200M year old layers have returned dates of 30K years. It makes you wonder whether the scientists won't do the tests for Millions of years old fossils because it would just prove one thing: They might be wrong!

I'm sorry if this sounds childish, but I have to brush up on my science...
Isnt Carbon dating the one where you see how much carbon is left in the bones at the time they are found? Dont different bones have different amounts of carbon in them even in in the same fossil? How do we know how much was in there to start with if no one alive today has seen a live dinosaur to shoot and test its bones.
(If I am mistaken on the type of carbon dating you are referring to, then I readily appologize... my bad completely)

What a dumb question!!!!!!
Are you not going to acknowledge the fact that dinosaurs and people did not exist together at the same time? By not taking off your blinders and looking at the obvious you have put yourself at a severe disadvantage. I suppose you do not believe that DNA evidence should be submittable in court. Carbon dating is as real as any other science. It has tangibility.

The bible began with ,"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth."
Gen.1:1,2 ALL EXIST.
Gen.1:3-25 [ The earth is being prepared ]; From the dinosaur skeletons one has got to know it took a long time.
After domestic animals are created, then Adam and Eve are created.
So there is no time given for the age of the earth, and the account of the dinosaurs,
we must keep in mind that the earth was being prepared a very long time and the word day has nothing to do with our day.

well what kind of answer are you looking for? You cant talk sense with theists.
*soon2Bmom? Carbon dating is one form of dating things by what amount they have of a radioactive isotope - these have half-lives so that in a given time half of it will have dissipated so working backwards you can work out an age - there are a number of radioactive isotopes used for this, carbon dating seems to have become a general name but carbon dating is only useful for more modern things, say within 10,000 years.*

Actually there was about 6 MILLION years separating the human race from dinosaurs, give or take a few 100,000 years. Religious people will never be able to come to grips with science (carbon dating or whatever). If it disagrees with the Bible then it's wrong. Can't talk sense to non-sensical people. There is no god...never was, is not now, or ever will be.
