Since your cat is already leash trained and is used to going outside, I would go ahead and try it. If she doesn't mind or likes the snow let her play, but watch the temp outside. A mostly indoor cat does not fully grow the winter coat that outdoor cats do. Your kitty can get frost bite on her paws, ears, and nose if she is out for too long.

If it's warm enough and your cat doesn't mind the snow. An indoor cat can get cold pretty quickly. I took my previous cat outdoors whenever it was at least 40 degrees outdoors, and we did have an outing that started at 38 degrees and dropped to 32. She had enough at 32 degrees after about 20 minutes total.
She didn't like the snow, though, so she hopped from bare spot to bare spot.

Sure... why not. But no more than 10 - 15 mins (if that). Maybe you can make a little "sweater" for him with an old beany hat. I made one for my cat: just cut a hole at the top for the cat's head, and two smaller holes just below on either side for the cat's front legs. Looks cute. Put that "sweater" on your kitty and secure his halter over it. Then walk him outside. That's what I do with my two cats becuaseI beleive they should get some fresh air too everyday.

I do for short periods of time, because it is about 20 degrees F...she shakes a little, but does not want to come in. She loves going outside and loves to play in the snow!

Unless you live in a big city or something, I dont see why you would need to leash it. (Unless it's something fashionable or something, cant keep up with it anymore)
My cat is 15 and goes out at all weathers. And comes back at all times.
If she's not too thin furred, I dont see why not. (Unless she has a weak health. Might concider to keep her in then)

She should be okay. My 21 year old cat goes out alone in a foot or 2 of snow and has always comes back safe. She has fur, she won't get frostbite.

sure, bundle her up in a sweater... you can get a teddy bear sweater at a crafts store.
My cat has a beautiful Christmas one and we take him out all the time.
We also have a fleece cat carrier for him, extra warmth.

If she likes it, then she'll be fine. Cats are okay in cold weather, millions are cats that aren't considered strictly "indoor" do just fine in the cold. However, if she doesn't like it, i wouldn't force her.
