Common interests, what they like, what they don't like. Try to get to know eachother. What they do for a living etc. There is so much to talk about, the key is to keep the conversation flowing.

Well unless its a blind date you've obviously had previous conversations so you could talk about anything the other person has brought up. If they're in school ask them how that's going. If they're looking for a job maybe recommend something. Ask them about their job what they do if they enjoy it. Ask about hobbies what they did on their last vacation. There are plenty of things to talk about unless the person is a complete bore with no life and gives you one word answers then good luck with that.

On first date better is go in the cinema where you do not have to talk much..On first date everyone are so nervous, then even a small talk can look funny..But,the most important is conversation in which we can meet better that person..
GOOD LUCK

Liposuction, broccoli, naval lint, what's that smell? There really is no way to protect against first date jitters! Just accept that you may laugh your bloody head off when you get home, saying "I can't believe I brought that up"!!! Sometimes it turns out for the best. I mean who wants someone who is so cool and collected on all first dates? I think I would worry!

i think first dates are really ment for people to get to know the other, so they can decide rather to have a 2nd date or not. so i guess you ask a lot of ques about the other , your likes and dislikes, parents brother and sisters, sports, different foods things like that and do some thing thats a lot of fun...

The first thing to remember is not to dominate the conversation by talking about yourself, yourself, yourself!!! If there is a chemistry connection and you hit it off at the onset, then the conversation will carry itself, and you don't have to worry about what to talk about. If there is not chemistry and you have to struggle to find common ground to talk about then go ahead and talk about yourself as it seems like a given that you will not be going on a second date.......

You ask the other person about his/her interests, family, hobbies, aspirations, etc.

It's a good foundation so as to properly assess if this is a good match.

Good luck...
