it feels like a really bad cut and hurts everytime i move my mouth
its small but it hurts plezz help i heard that it from eating fried food is that trrue help

It sounds like possibly a canker sore, which is a little sore on your gums that can develop for a variety of reasons. You can buy products at the drugstore that can help with the pain (topical solutions that will numb it, like Anbesol). And rinsing your mouth regularly with a mixture of warm water and salt will help too (though it's not very delicious, that's for sure!). Fried food might trigger the sores for you -- for me, they are usually triggered by sucking on hard candy for some reason. But they aren't a big deal and should improve within a day or two. If it gets worse instead of better, see a dentist or doctor to make sure it's not something more serious.

It can be from eating a lot of greesy foods. But it also depends on if and when your brush and floss.
