so i broke it off with my boyfriend of 2 years a while ago. and i met this other guy. Im only 18, but hes 21. i really like him, and we hang out all the time. He tells me he wants to make me so happy, bc of all the crap ive had to deal with. we go out to lunch like everyday, he puts his arm around me, kisses me on the forehead...sings to me in the car...all the cute stuff to make a girl sigh. But last night he said we were going to hang out after he got back from this bar he was at. so i waited and waited for a call...but it never came. finally at about 5 in the morning i get a text from him saying "im so drunk. im sorry. i will see you tomorrow." He had texted me earlier that night telling me his phone was about to die. anyways his phone is off, i tried calling. Is he still interested, was he ever interested? what should i do? should i answer his calls? its been so long since i tried to start a relationship...help.

Even if he is interested, it sounds like he has enough problems that you'd be better off looking for someone else.

I think that you should keep other guys in mind. Sorry to say he may not be interested anymore. I would return one of his calls and ask him what happened but don't chase him.

Guys this age that go to bars are really only looking for one thing, sweetie. If you want a bit of fun, you can have it with him. I would look elsewhere for more than that. Sounds like he is in player mode to me.
