Im marinating chicken in italian dressing and I would like to bread it with bread crumbs and make a n oven fried chicken. Has anyone tried this before and if so, how was it?

Im gonna dredge it in flour first and then an eggwash then the bread crumbs.

Well I made it and turned out very good. Very juicy and very crispy only because I sprayed the chicken with olive oil.

I tink it sounds great. You could also blend some Parmesan cheese into your bread crumbs....

I marinate my chicken in Italian dressing all the time but Ive never tried it with the bread crumbs. It sounds great though!!

I've oven-fried marinated chicken and it comes out fine - just take it out of the marinade about 1/2 hour before dredging and lay on paper towels.

oven fried?????? Such a spectacular oven!! Can i have it? You meant oven-baked right?
Yeah i tried it before, but the taste of the marinade was gone
So the next time I cooked it with the marinade for 20 minutes, let it cool, then added the bread crumbs and cooked for 20 more minutes.
