What ever you give i'm sure he will be very happy. The fact that he as your love and support will mean so much to him.
He sounds like a very lucky grandad to have such a caring, loving family.

what a lucky man to have such a loving and caring grandchild it depends on his humor coz u could give him something that makes rude noises for a joke or just something completly daft that will make him laugh for a while, and a bag of his favourite sweets or something good luck xx

For Christmas my husband wasn't too usre what to give his grandfather, so he got him a huge jar of his favorite kind of nuts and made a label for it on his computer that read: GRANDPA'S NUTS with 2 little acorns in the center. Everyone thought it was hilarious!

Mmake him a collage with family portraits. Won't cost hardly anything. Piece of posterboard and some glue or buy a photo album and fill it up with memories. colage can be hung anywhere to view readily, even in hosp or nursing home room.

I think it is wonderful that you are doing this!!!!

Why don't you write him a letter thanking him for what he has done for you. Tell him what impact he has had on your life, what special memories you have of the time you have spent together. I am sure he would appreciate it more than a purchased gift.
