Your question made me think.
If it was me asking I would have said
"Do religious people believe in psychic ability, or supernatural phenomenon?" ...if so, how do they explain how it happens?
Hower that aside on to the question....
As a confirmed agnostic (believe in Christ, the man, but not in the religion that has diluted his message) here is how I explain both.
Supernatural is anything that is beyond what we see as natural so basically all that we don't understand or aren't used to. Once supernatural things become normal we just accept them. For example a broomstick's motion could be considered supernatural but the motion of an airplane is not. So could there be ghosts etc ... I say it is possible only because most scientists agree that we (humans) are basically little bundles of energy and they also believe in rules of conservation of energy. So where does the energy go when we die ? (I don't know where it goes... but my ignorance doesn't mean ghosts are impossible however unlikely).
Psychic abilities are abilities to do with the brain (right ?). The brain uses electricity. In fact our bodies are controlled with electricity. Electricity flow causes force fields (eg magnetism..a force that is not well understood). Radar is a system that measures waves. Radio waves .. in fact any wave...can transmit information. So who says the human brain can't both create and detect some kind of wave that could travel through air. Not me.

So why are we "They" as if we are not human?
To answer your question, first I should state that most religions believe strongly in supernatural phenomenon, in fact most are based on them.
For myself as an aethist, also a human---who knows if psychic abilities do exist, or how--four different times in my life, I suddenly out of the blue thought of someone for no reason, and the next day they were reported dead (no I was not killing them!). For example, I was in a car driving down the road when suddenly I thought about Norman Rockwell. Wasn't a fan, don't know why, but the next day he died. Happened with 3 other well known people I never met. Is that pyschic, or just weird. Don't know. Not sure why us athiests would have to explain any of these, any more than any "beleive" would have to. Don't owe you any explanation that I can tell.

Agnostics and atheists to not have a body of dogma to which they adhere. Agnostics are not certain whether God exists or not and atheists are certain that God does not exist.
Beyond that, there is no Creed that declares what to believe in reference to psychic ability or supernatural phenomena.
Personally, as an agnostic, I am skeptical about the claims of psychic ability and reports of supernatural phenomena. That being the case, I don't feel compelled to "explain how it (sic) happens.

Psychic ability, and supernatural phenomena have nothing to do with whether one believes in god or not. I certainly would not attribute a phenomena, or someones psychic ability to the miracles of some deity and leave it at that. I would have to say I don't understand why, and if it really bothered me as to why, then my reasoning would have to be that one day we will all understand when science and mother nature come to an agreement with tangible proof. Until then, well its just one of those things. I see mankind as an infant amongst the Cosmos.
One day we will learn that there is far more to see and wonder at.
In the meantime, please keep your god to yourself.

As a Buddhist atheist, yes I do, however the explanations would take longer than I have time or space to provide here. Buddhist philosophy, discussions of mind and science, etc. are beginning to take off in the book world, such as Matthieu Ricard and Trinh Xuan Thuan's book "The Quantum and the Lotus", and His Holiness The Dalai Lama has a book out about the mind and science and according to my latest edition from Snow Lion pubs, B. Alan Wallace now has a new book out on such things. If you're really interested in the Buddhist perspective hunt them down at your bookstore and SnowLionpub.com and enjoy.

I'm an atheist, and I believe in psychic ability, esp. "Supernatural", I have a bit of a hard time with. I just think there is a lot more to our minds than what we know of now.

I'm an Agnostic, and I think it is as likely as anything else for which I have seen no evidence that there is any paranormal activity. I explain it, roughly, by saying that it is as likely as anything else for which I have seen no evidence. By the same token, I might run into Holden Caulfield in a bar someday. Not likely, but one never knows.

Some do.
There's nothing contradictory about believing in ESP or some other ability, but not seeing sufficient evidence for a deity.
However, I don't hold such beliefs, so I'm not the best person to answer that.

For those who are ready, no explanation is necessary and for those who are not, no explanation is possible! http://www.psychic-junkie.com
Spirituality is born from a personal occurrence with a divine, psychic or mystical experience of one form or another which inevitably connects a person to All that Is/God/Goddess/Allah/Great Spirit /whatever you want to call it.
Religion is second hand opinion of someone else’s divine experience. I think you will find that religions, and especially fanatical religions, tend to separate and divide people, while spirituality brings people together.
