Say, "your present behavior is unacceptable. Please act accordingly or excuse yourself from the table."

Generally, it is socially acceptable to pick up the bowl of mashed potatoes, pour the tureen of gravy into it, and hurl the concoction at the rude party. As they gasp in shock/pain/shock/confusion, calmly sit down (PLEASE remember to wipe your hands with your napkin, do not LICK the mash/gravy combo off, no matter how delicious it may be) and fixing them with a stern look announce that their rudeness will no longer be tolerated. You might also suggest that while they are in the restroom cleaning themselves off, and attending to their wounds they might come up with a suitable apology to the group. Good luck to you.

Simply tell them they have insulted you, or one of the other people sitting there, and that their behavior is unwelcomed at the table, if they continue, then tell them they have to move.

Ask them if they could please excuse themselves. If that doesn't work then pull that person to the side, out of earshot, and ask them to behave themselves. If that doesn't work, grab them in the collar and throw them into the middle of next week!!! LOL!!!
