Go to Pt Loma Seafoods. They have the best and freshest fish tacos in town.
Rubios is standard chain food fish tacos. Not very good.

anywhere near the embarcadero. the food in that area is amazing. also Juanitas in encinitas off of coast highway, or cessy's in carlsbad also off of coast highway by the twin inns. Wahoo's is also amazing.
