Spiritual wealth is MUCH more important than worldly wealth.
We are counseled to first obtain the kingdom of God, then we can obtain the riches of the world.
Have you noticed that most (not all, but a VERY large majority) of the worlds wealthiest people have some of the most difficult problems? I think it's because they think they can buy themselves anything, and the world agrees with them. The rich can buy an education, buy themselves out of legal problems, buy themselves temporary happiness (whether through drugs, alcohol, porn, sex, adrenaline rush, etc.) .
However, it is not by the things in the world that we gain true happiness. True and lasting happiness comes by the people we are, the people we become, by doing what is right in the eyes of God. We are told to store up for ourselves treasures in Heaven, where moth can not eat and rust can not canker. The world is all about instant gratification, heaven is all about delayed gratification. God rules Heaven. The devil rules the earth. In all things there must be opposition, and the devil gives us plenty of that .

But so many of the riches of this world are spiritual. All of nature is full of spiritual treasure.
If you mean material wealth or spiritual, I would much prefer to live filled with the beautiful spirit of life, nature and God than have a big bank account and no meaning.

The riches of this world seem of the up most importance right now. However, they're not. We were all born with our hands clenched...with nothing inside them. When this world and our lives are over, it will be the same. Earthly possessions will be of no value to us then. The Bible says to "set your mind on Heavenly things." That means to let the things of this world mean little because our wealth is through God and waiting on us on the other side. The riches of the world are only the devil's way of distracting us from what is really important.

Spiritual wealth is more important, because if you are not spiritually healthy, then you cannot ever find fulfillment in riches of the world. The riches of the world are temporary, and always at risk for being lost.

Spiritual wealth means more to me. Material (earthly) wealth can be stolen or destroyed. It gets devalued.
Two years ago my house caught on fire, on Christmas Day. Most of our stuff was wrecked, some totally destroyed. But we all got out safely. Looking at my homes in flames, I realized that everything I valued was outside. My "stuff" can all go up in flames. It can all be replaced.
My spirituality is always with me. It can't be taken away.

Spiritual wealth is about having a good solid relationship with God and Jesus and the church he founded.
"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and decay destroy, and thieves break in and steal. But store up treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor decay destroys, nor thieves break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be." Matthew 6:19-21. "For the love of money is the root of all evils, and some people in their desire for it have strayed from the faith and have pierced themselves with many pains."1 Timothy 6:11. And look up Mark 10:17-27. The point is that you do need money but only use it wisely and carefully and not on sinful pleasures like gambling. But if you're at church on Sunday morning, you can give it to the church. And God will be pleased. Because you're supporting it.

Spiritual wealth and knowing you have life hereafter. The riches of this world are a tiny matter compared to eternal life.

Spiritual wealth is way more important. When you die you will still have it with you. As for the riches of this world, well they will be left behind. Thank you and GOD bless.
