God draws His people to Him. It is not by our own efforts.
Rom 3:10 according as it has been written, "There is not a righteous one, not even one!"
Rom 3:11 "There is not one understanding; there is not one seeking God."
Rom 3:12 All turned away, they became worthless together, not one is doing goodness, not so much as one!" LXX-Psa. 13:1-3
God, through the third person of the trinity, the Holy Spirit, reveals Himself to the elect, convicts them of their sins, and shows the way of salvation, through Christ. No man, without the irresistible grace of God, will seek for God.
