titicaca is the fourth dragon mage from the alpha centauri planet. the rumor he turned half of the planet into slaves for the other half of the planet. What he did not realize is one night all the slaves killed their masters at the same time...thus leading to a war in which it was him versus the rest of the planet...

long story short, he escaped and is my next door neighbor. Great guy, has too many parties, and i wish he would cut his grass a little more.

Lake Titicaca is the highest commercially navigable lake in the world,[1], at 3,812 m (12,507 feet) above sea level.
