I was involved in an auto accident were a child was killed. There are lots of details to go along with all this of coarse. Basics are other driver ran red light (proven by camera & investigators) i hit him. his passenger was the child that died. investigators turned over to grand jury 2 c if they want to persue. What I want 2 know is since I was the other driver who had to green light is there anyway to find out if it will be pursued or atbest i just need that mother to know her boyfriend killed her son not me. since she ever so politly sued me for millions. How does all this work? My lawyer is just handling all the insurance stuff .Anybody? There is so many more details I could give but it's alot to go into. I just need alittle extra help.

Unless you have a direct vested interest in the victim or the offender, no one is going to tell you anything since you have no standing in any ongoing investigation. Call your local district attorneys office and ask your questions there. Btw, cases are prosecuted based on evidence. Not because you want them to be.

If you had given the facts to begin with you might have gotten help. You have an attorney. If he/she isn't doing their job, then get another one that is competent. I find it interesting that you are claiming your light was green and the mother of the dead kid is suing you instead of the driver of the car the kid was in. In short, your story doesn't add up if as you say, the facts prove you weren't wrong.
Your question doesn't have an answer since the facts you are giving conflict each other. Maybe try asking it again in a concise fashion giving all the facts and you'll get the help you want. Good luck.

The results of a Grand Jury are not NORMALLY a matter of public information. Because of the nature of cases involved is the main reason. However, some cases are "No Billed" which would essentially be violating ones right to privacy if the jury discusses such issues!

Best wishes!
