Dont' tell him how you feel, don't even look at him...he's an ex for a reason and if it didn't work once it won't work a second time. Yeah it sucks he's dating your co-worker but **** happens....find some friends and go out for a night, get a hobby, do everything you can think of to keep him off your mind....it will get better with time

He was a jerk. That was his loss. He seems very shallow u cant just simply break up for someone else like that. I would be careful in the next relationship, take some time to heal, because you have to recover first before going into your next one. Watch guys very closely LoL. Sometimes you can tell if they're for real or just fakos or not. Learn from ur mistakes! Everybody makes them!

Just tell him that that would make you very uncomfortable in the work place. Perhaps he'll care about you enough to understand how you feel and not pursue the woman until either you no longer work there or he doesn't. Other than tell him how you feel, you have no options, deal with the hurt. Sooner than later you'll be back to your old self. Good Luck:)

Sad to hear. It might be a good idea for you avoid relationships with co-workers. A good reason is so you don`t have to face an EX on a daily basis. Would you be my Valentine?

Guys suck. Put your heart back in your pants and stop wearing it on your sleeve. Don't date anyone until you grow up a little, or you're going to run helter skelter into the same type men everytime, and make the same mistakes over and over until it becomes a pattern you're locked into. Relax. When it's supposed to happen, it will, in the mean time concentrate on your school, job, friends, ect.
Good things only come to us when we're too busy for them, so stop chasing love. All you'll ever catch is misery, in one form or another.

You can't force someone to like you just let him go, their are plenty of other men who will appreciate you.
