when its bright and sunny outside im usually in a very bright optimistic mood but when its rainy/cloudy then im usually in a worrisome mood....is there anything i can do to change this? how so?

take the sunshine vitamin, it helps a little, there isn't much you can do, but excersize keep the blood pumping, stay healthy, we all go through that.

It's called SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder. Try going with more natural type lighting in your home, or getting yourself a 'sun lamp'. I'm not sure what else can be done for this, other than seeing your doctor and getting their opinion.

I think everyone feel like that once in a while. You can't change the weather so you mine as well deal with it. Even tropical islands have bad weather. That's the way the earth is.

its called something liek SAD sesonal depression
its quiet common as far as im aware
