I don't speak Hindi, however I have two suggestions for you.
The first is to buy a language tape, preferrably from this source:

I bought their Modern Hebrew tapes and found they work very well.

The second thing I'd suggest is this website:
http://www.mylanguageexchange.com/Learn/Hindi.asp

It's an online source where you can learn Hindi and practice it with others.
