This could be caused by the beginning of a cold or flu, or because your place has not adequate heating. Your best solution would be to see your doctor if this persists. Dress warm and check if you have a fever first. Or have someone take it for you. It does not necessarily mean you have a serious condition. Put up the thermostat and if this does not work, go to the social services or even the drugstore to check.

Well, I don't know where you are, but if you are in the NE US, it is very cold here. If you are outside, it is very cold out.
If this is a serious question, & if you are cold in a 'normal' temperature range, then go to a doc & explain your problem.
No one can diagnose you over the computer!
