if you are asking atheists who created god, then they are bound to say that people created god to explain a good many things that they did not have the knowledge to understand, they created legends and great beings to explain why the sun rose every day and went down every night, why there were different seasons, gods governed all of this. Now that we can see that a god doesn't turn on and off the sun, we just rotate and the sun only shines on one side, and that we move in an eliptical orbit and our planet spins at a slight tilt which expains seasons. I am not saying that there isn't a god, i don't believe in gods but it's possible what you were saying, but it's all theories, i don't honestly see why everyone cares so much about how the universe was created, we can't go back billions of years, look to the future.

Of course that makes sense! Mt. Rushmore was created by an intelligent creator (PEOPLE). Therefore, people were created by an even greater power (GOD). And then God was created by.....uh oh, a hole in your argument. How can an a great intelligent power like God not have a creator, like all other intelligent creators/creations. Hmmm.....I know! Lets just all say that GOD IS LOGIC FREE-IGNORE THE FACTS AND IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE! Problem solved! Yes, I understand but that is because I am not an atheist. I doubt, however, that you will find many atheists who will agree with you for the reasons stated in the Bible.
1Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned.
It is unnatural for the natural mind to believe in the supernatural.
No, God does not need a beginning but human beings do.
That's why an explosion of nothing caused by nothing billions of years ago is not a good explanation for the beginning of this world.
Many of those who say there is no God worship the gods of time and chance.

Ok Patrone (and for the record, you should change your name to Patronizing)... when someone asks you "who created God", that's what we call a rhetorical question, meaning they don't really think you have an answer for it. Know why? Because you don't have an answer for it. If God created everything but His Own Badass Self, and He exists "outside" of time and matter, then how and why would we even know about Him? If indeed He did give us free will and all that, why did He flood the world? Why did He send His only begotten son and such? So if God affects our lives, through miracles and manifestations and natural disasters on unparalleled scales, but He exists "outside" of time and space, why would He bother affecting time and space? And please don't say "God works in mysterious ways" or some such mumbo jumbo. And please note that I am at least respecting your beliefs enough to capitalize God and He, etc.

Or here is another idea-- Two little alien boys were playing in their mud box, and slammed to pod fulls of mud together, creating a big bang. It expanded into the universe. If that was so, an infant alien would be your god. I don't know, you don't know, but you can certainly believe whatever you wish, as long as you allow me that same respect and courtesy.

God is not the termination of the infinite regress you describe. The regress in question, in all probability, does not terminate, it remains an infinite regress, and if you cannot understand/accept that, you will impose a termination upon it and call that point "God".
This is what happens when theology sicks its chocolate in cosmology's peanut butter - it tastes ok to some, but it isn't peanut butter anymore.
How do you exist outside of space and time, exactly?

God has always been here. He does not have the same limits we have. It is kind of hard to understand, without faith...you need faith in both cases..to believe in God or not to believe in God. I think it requires a lot more faith to believe that there is no Creator.

The whole point of that question is just a counter to your belief that everything must have a creator. So the computer programmer had a creator (his parents) What created god? You still did not answer the counter

How can someone know who created something that isn't real to them? If it isn't real then no one could make it.
God is nothing more than an adults imaginary friend...and not a very good one either!
