I don't know you personally but I would take you to the local mountains and strap on a couple of snowboards. If you don't know how, I would put you in a class because there is nothing more distracting than learning a new physical skill. Although I'm not a big sports fanatic, I would probably bite the bullet and take you to a batting cage. I could also take you to a gun range and let you fire of a clip or two. Basically, I would find something physically strenuous and mentally challenging to help you let off steam. Good luck

I know you're into your energy and that, and I'm a big fan of the sea, so I would take you to the coast (weather permitting) and let you "soak up" some of that magnificent energy (metaphorically, I mean...I think....)
