No, and I am sure the people in traffic are no more happy to see me than I am to see them clogging the roads. There are more important things to cry over. Frustrated? Yeah. Antsy? You bet. Angry? What good does THAT do? Look, you can't just pick up your car and walk it through traffic, so make sure you have some good CD's or a loaded MP3 and make the best of it. Then figure out a different way to get to where you are going next time.

No. But it has made me want to get out an leave my car parked right in the middle of the street (just for spite)! :-)
Try to listen to some relaxing music while you're driving. Something like Enya, Classical or New Age Jazz. This helps me when traffic gets rough.
Also, if traffic is so bad at the time you are commuting - ask your boss if you can have a different start time or telecommute sometimes.

no i never cryed but i have got really mad
