A&W, Barq's, Mug, or any others?

A&W, Mug, Brothers, Stewart's Root Beer
in that order. No barq's because of the caffeine. I prefer to have soda on hand that my kids can drink w/o worrying about the caffeine. Plus, I like the flavor of the others better. Stewart's only rated lower because it costs more and we don't have it as often.

A&W on tap is good. I also like Sprecher, glass bottle only.
Root Beer picks up an aluminum taste more than a lot of other sodas when canned. In my opinion, it ruins the taste.
I like what in other circles would be described as a full-bodied and creamy taste. But tastes vary, those who like crisp and clean will likely prefer Barq's.

Virgil's Root Beer is my favorite and Barq's is a very close 2nd.

A & W. Its been my favorite since I was a kid and they had a stand on my way home. I'd always stop and have a mug. Can't beat it! Don't guess they have those root beer stands anymore - those were the good old days!

I like Barq's best - but since I live on top of a Trader Joe's and all they sell is Virgil's, that is what I've been drinking lately.

My favorite type of root beer is A&W because of the taste. I also like bargs and mug.
