I've started showering in the morning, instead of at night for the past week and a half now. When I get to class my nose usually runs. This lady in my class has been sick for the passed three weeks with something and she comes to class periodically and when she does she's usually touching peoples stuff. My classroom has no windows just an open door. Lately under my chin has been swollen on the right side and my necks been feeling cramped and my head hurts all the time. What could this be caused by?

Based on what the information you've given, it's possible that your nodes are swollen due to an infection. Whether you need antibiotic treatment for it depends on the specific causative agent. Your doctor will be able to make this determination.

There are plenty of harmless things that could cause this, like a cold or flu or any infection, but there are also some deadly things that cause this symptom, such as lymphoma. Please see a doc so he/she can tell you its nothing.
