Does anyone know if Outlook 2003 can be set somehow to automatically move Calander items to the next day?

No, some people have gotten Outlook to do this by changing the date on their system but that can mess up a lot more.

attempt this widespread!!!! i spotted that its in user-friendly terms sending thats a difficulty... particularly circumstances this has to do with a corrupt PST report. hence -> the "deliver products" pst must be corrupt. from what i know it won't automatically advance something to the next day......it can be set up to show something everyday as a daily reminder...but i don't think it will forward a single event
