It could be a small bit of alcohol poisoning, or it could be that your blood sugar is too low. Hydrating is important, but eating is too. I know it's hard sometimes when you're hung over, but you need to find something gentle for your stomach, like crackers or a sandwich or something (wouldn't recommend jalapeno poppers right now).
Next time you go out and drink, drink water along with your alcohol. That's what I have been doing for a few years now. It's not guaranteed to prevent a hangover, but it certainly helps a lot.
And if you can eat something before you pass out for the night it'll help too. I remember one night I drank almost a whole bottle of Absolut by myself. My drunk self had the sense to drink Hawaiian Punch and eat a couple of sandwiches before crashing. Miraculously, I did not get a hangover ~ I was actually still drunk when I woke up.
Take care bro. Sounds like you had a great time.

V-8 juice with a couple of aspirin is good. Also a B-complex vitamin, or better yet, a talblespoon of Brewer's Yeast in with the V-8. As an alternative to V-8, put a dash of salt into a glass of orange juice.
Both O.J. and V-8 are high in potassium, and your body also needs a little salt.

Alcohol is a diuretic and most of your symptoms can be attributed to dehydration. You will get over this quicker if you replenish your fluids WITH electrolytes. Broth, juice, Gatorade are better than water because you usually lose electrolytes with the water in the first place.

drink some V8 (spicy if you can handle it). The tomato juice wakes up the liver to get going on the alcohol processing.
Lemme guess, you're never gonna drink again, right?

Your body is only dealing with a non everlasting withdrawl from the alchohol. believe me, i recognize the sensation only too properly. i became a huge heavy drinker. each and every from time to time it takes until eventually the second one day to sense your self. attempt to get as a lot sleep as you could. eating water only dilutes the alcohol it is already on your equipment.

I have no help for you because you are a hopeless drunk and you need to suffer this out yourself. Maybe next time you will not get drunk so you won`t have to cry about your problem.
