Go to a site called www.celticmart.com and look for the soft spike rollers. This will give you a temporary curl, but they are the same rollers that the little girls use that do the Irish dancing. It give you a tight but bouncy Shirley Temple like curl that will last a few days.

Finding a good salon and getting a perm. Depending on how long your hair is, they can double wrap the rods to get a spiral look. If you don't want it always curly, get a loose perm that will help hold the curl in from rollers that you'd put in your hair at night.
Rolling your hair up when it is wet, and allowing it to dry w/ rollers or long rods will make it work well.
Good Luck! Have Fun.

When you are done washing your hair, use a towel and scrunch your hair..just enough that the water is not dripping any more. Then use gel or mousse (gel seems to work better especially if it is a curling gel) and scrunch into your hair. Flip your head upside down and use a diffuser(you can purchase one for under $10.00 at Wal-mart...it fits right on the end of your hair dryer) on medium heat (low speed) and dry it staying on each section for 10-20 seconds. After wards you can use a small amount of hairspray to scrunch it. Good Luck

That depends....you can either use hot rollers or a curling iron but if you want something more permanent and tighter I would suggest going to a well-known and reputable salon for a perm.

get SMALL hair curlers and put them in over night or until you brush your teeth and all. Or, if its a weekend maybe leave them in all day and night.
