I would send him to counseling, it sounds as if he's depressed.

Your question is a tid bit ambiguous. But I would tell that 18 year old boy to get over it. He's born, now he has to live. Does he have a disability or something? Because there's plenty of people with disabilities in this world and they're doing just fine. He needs to stop pitying himself and move on. Maybe seek counseling. And, furthermore, having a girlfriend by the age of 18 isn't exactly a big deal. Plenty of people take a while to get far in
the romance department. So this boy needs to go to college, or follow his dream, whatever that may be, and stop feeling sorry for himself.

Is he very shy? Is that why he doesn't have friends? He should join a group. Either through Church or through school, or even through the internet. As for not wanting to be born....I've been there, and I am now 36 years old, and I have come to realize that there is a reason a person is born. This boy has a purpose, he may not know what it is yet, but it will be revealed. Is the boy religious? If he is, then he should trust in God to put him where he needs to be. It may not be as soon as he would like, but in time his purpose will be revealed. If he isn't religious, then soon he will see that he was meant for something. We are meant for something. This boy may not even know it, but he has inspired me just by his words.....I use to feel like he did, but I had faith and soon I was put right where I was suppose to be. I hope this helps you. Give it some time. Friends will come, and so will a social life.

Tell him maybe he is greater than most people imagine, Jesus was not a lot different probably being a smart boy knew not to get involved with women if he had no plans for marriage. God maybe is preparing him for greater things than his own selfish desires or his parents. You see if you get too involved with life you cannot move when God tells you to move, you will reason your way out of it like the rich young ruler story in the Bible. I raised 5 children and listened to many people say for example I should take a child o doctor because he was afraid of going down a slide. Or my wife wanted to go to doctor after two years of marriage to see why she could not have a baby. I said maybe God wants us to be like Abraham and Sarah rather than worry about it. My advice to you is the same, why worry about why but be a part of the solution and give him a reason to live in helping others less fortunate than him and he will forget himself, and you will stop worrying which the Bible teaches is sin.

Take him to a physician to see if his growth is affected by a thyroid or other disorder.
Tell him not to worry, a lot of teens don't have boyfriends/girlfriends.
Suggest counseling to make sure he doesn't have social anxiety disorder and to talk about why he doesn't have friends.
Tell him tough luck. He's here now, so he should make the best of it. And again, I would suggest counseling since it seems he may be depressed.

Involve myself in something other than self pity.
Move to another city, start over. Go to school. Get a new hobby. Take charge of my life, I am the only person who can.
Try it.

Tell him to kill himself. The fact is some ppl don't contribute to society and they recognize this and take themselves out...this is also found in nature all the way to the cellular level call apoptosis. So he'll do what he wants to in the end.
