Tell them today must be backwards day what ever you say is the complete opposite. Example "Dang you ugly" which means "dang you sexy"!! This was a middle school thing we did back in Middle school out here in Kansas City, that was yearrrrrrrs ago

hmmm..well that actually depends on whether you are a fatass or not.
If you are, i guess its tougher but you could insult their facial appearance maybe.
If you're not, ..or even if your not...usually just ignoring them and letting them see that their opinion or statement doesnt affecgt you annoys them more.
