I have bought a new mp3/4 player. i installed te driver in and it says' driver can only be used in windows 98 os' but in the pack it says it can be used in XP? what does that mean?

when it does finally install, a 'flash disk manager' nostice comes up saying 'USB: ibsizecap' with a percentage bar but nothing happens!!!!

what do i do? Help!

Youur best bet is to return it to the shop where you bought it from and tell them you need an updated driver disk or a replacement.

uninstall the software, you shouldn't need drivers for windows xp/2000. windows should see the player as a removeable disk drive. put the batteries in before you connect it.
