That depends on your question. Is this a guy you're talking about wearing a skirt or a woman? If you're a woman, there's a possibility especially if your cheeks are showing (and I don't mean the ones on your face). If it's a guy you're referring to, you've got worse issues than if some guy thinks you're a tart for wearing a short skirt!

If a guy thought you were a tart or anything nasty as you simply wore a skirt that made you more pretty and attractive and made him more likley to want to kiss you.
Why would you want to date the asshole as he would be a jerk.
A decent guy would think yum yum shes hot I want to kiss her and be her boyfriend.
A short skirt is no different to a guy wareing cool trainers or riding a bike or becoming a musician to make girls like him more

David Beckham wore a sarong and it was OK, so it should be OK to go with a guy wearing a short skirt. Just as long as he isn't going commando!
