I've always made them just plain but they look so pretty when drizzled or double dipped (milk choc and dark). Do you have any tips on how to drizzle? Just use a spoon? And as far as double dipping, do you just dip in the milk choc, let that harden then dip in the dark? Will the milk choc melt when I dip in the warm dark? Thanks!

For drizzling, I find the easiest way is to melt the chocolate in a ziplock-type bag (or spoon already melted chocolate into the bag), seal, and cut off a tiny bit of a bottom corner. Instant pastry bag! When you double-dip, you should chill them for a while after the first dipping. Then, the second dip should stay, as long as you dip quickly!

the save offered ones are specific for diping and seling via a number of companies. in case you don;t have beg berries a 2nd dip wont do them any solid. Dip them as quickly as, and permit dry then beautify or upload a layer of white choc for presentation.
