yes you can. but you need to call the carrier you are going to be sending them with. and ask what are the fees for sending perishables to spain./ since the biscuits per say are not tenchinically persihables, but considering that there is chocolate involved and chocolate does melt if it is not stored correctly, then you need to send it sealed and cooled.
it might not be cost suffiendent to do so, unless you work for a large company.

I don't think I would send Food to another country without being supervised.. They might go bad or might get some kind of germs from the air or something.. Just send a recipe of the biscuits by email or in a letter...

Why would you want to send chocolate biscuits to Spain? We get most English biscuits, chocolate or otherwise here. Assuming you are from the UK.

as long as chocolate are dry than yes it will be Okay you might want to check witht he immigration information before sending it overseas some counries will not allow chocoalte so I would double check with the postal service to make sure if it Okay.

Post them. Wrap them in foil and bubble wrap. Brown paper and string. Sellotape.
