I have read through some of these questions and answers. I was just wondering why do people have to be so hateful towards others? What is wrong with the world today that someone can not ask a simple question with out having people put them down and talk mess about them or someone else. Don't we have any kind of sense as human beings to respect eachother. I can not believe that people are so hateful, maybe we do not deserve the heaven that we all seem to long for.

This question has nothing to do with Chirstians or non Christians. If you wrote me an answer pertaining to my religion then you did understand my question fully. There are many religions that believe in heaven other than Christian religions. Heaven is basically universal. The point of me asking this is just to see where people are coming from when they decide that being rude and abnoxious is the best way to go. People sit and wonder why the world is so messed up all the time, when they just need to sit at home and read all of these offensive answers that people give to others when asking a simple question. This question is about human morality, not about your religious beliefs!

Basically my last comment was for all of the people that were sending me offensive answers! But thank you to every one that has sent me, kind and heartfelt answers. May God be with everyone, whether you have hate in your heart or not.

This answer is for Corrine 29. I think that paying more attention to the bad is just human nature. We have to put more thought into the bad because if we didn't pay more attention to it then we would not be able to change. You do not learn from the right things in life that you do, you learn from the wrong things in life that you do.

Dear none of us deserve it....that is why it was necessary for Christ to provide a way for us...we could never be deserving of it on our own...People that do not have the Spirit of Christ...well...they do have a Spirit but just not a nice one...soooo...more or less they are doing the bidding of the evil one...And no....the Word says in the last days there will be no love between us...not even in our natural families...It is sad...but it is the way the world is going. Be Blessed.

To answer why people in the world are so hateful:
Do you know why humans stand as the most dominant of all species on earth? Because we have the nature to always want more than we already have. We'll always strive for more, and will not let anything or anyone to stand in our way. We all want to be better than one another, and we will do anything to be just that. If we all were to love and respect each other, noone would be better than anybody else. Everyone would be equal. It just isn't how the world is.

But please, we are all different in some ways. Just because you have seen SOME questions and answers, does not mean you have the right to categorize in general "people" being hateful. It just means the people "you have seen" are hateful. I, so far, have seen alot of nice people and very few morons and idiots. (Thank god.)

I have to tell you, I laugh at the term "heaven", which supposedly we all long for. Heaven is just a symbol for peace and harmony, or as I describe it, perfection. Can you imagine what it will be like if everyone would be perfect? (Take a few minutes to think about it) Now you can laugh with me. If everyone were to be perfect, everyone would be the same, and we all know equality isn't perfection. So if perfection isn't perfection, what is? Nothing. So let's just sit back and enjoy the imperfection of the world.

I wonder this everytime I log in lol. There are a few out there who can respect and accept others for who or what they choose to be, but there are also those who make it a point to disrespect and insult those that are different from them. All the holy books I've read teach that you are to love and respect one another, regardless of differences, but some people I guess skipped that chapter. Anyways, all we can do is just sit back and hope that the ignorant people see the light and join those that have made it a point not to hate others.

I guess it's all how you look at it, I try to look at the positive questions and answers and ignore the ignorant ones, I find people on here for the most part very kind helpful people, at the same note, i sometimes write harsh things but only when i feel they are warranted like if a child is in danger because of stupid parenting

I read just recently that you can get to heaven with out going through hell. Perhaps, praying for those people would be a good Idea. We cant change the way some are. So saying that. Acceptance is the key to all my answers. Love you and keep the faith.

Don't worry. The heart that hates is blind and would not recognize heaven's gate no matter where it was. Hate is a fruit of the human consciousness and will eventually cease to be.

you're right, there are a lot of hateful people on here, but there are also a lot of good caring people as well and I see more of the latter. My question to you and everyone else who dwell on the hateful ones, why do you overlook the good and just see the bad?

I find that the internet is especially bad for it. I think it is fear and also due to the fact that the person remains anonymous.

If everyone were a little more respectful, I think everyone would be a lot happier.

It not hate so much as it's smart @ss, opinionated irreverence. Intellectual sparring mixed with sitcom humor. It's not for everybody. Hey, it's only Yahoo - take it or leave it.

You can certainly browse to a church sponsored site where they'll gladly spoon feed you their official, authorized, approved, sanitized version of things.
