The right hand of God is not a literal statement...it was used to indicate the favored position or the one who inherits...
To bring it to a human level...think of what is meant by the expression "right hand man". It does not mean someone is "at" your right hand literally (and wouldn't this be a pain and annoying as well).
I acknowledge that all Christians do not believe in the Trinity. There are good arguments for and against the Trinity. I still believe in God, one way or the other and judge no one for their belief in this area.

First of all, the Trinity is of a pagan desent and it is false, " The Lord told my Lord sit at my right hand doesn't mean that this proves the Trinity, This means that Jesus has all power, the right hand of God is power and the Throne is what Jesus will inherit. Hebrews 1:7-10 talks about the throne of God is Jesus throne forever. John did not see two thrones in his vision, he saw ONE throne with 12 smaller thrones on each side of Gods throne. If their were a throne for Jesus to sit and the Father then the Holy Ghost would need a throne too on Gods left hand, Right? According to the Trinity, this seems logical but the trinity is not real so any interpretation to back the trinity up is false. Amen Study to show your self approved, a workman that need not to be ashamed.

Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords. He sits at the Right hand of God. That is the place of all authority. As Jesus puts all things under his feet. Also under His Body, the Church.
Jesus sits on the Throne, because He is also the Lord God. The Yahweh Elohim is God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit. God has also highly exalted Him with a name above all names. That at the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow and tongue confess "Yeshua Messiah Yahweh." To the Glory of God the Father. That is Jesus in His humanity side, the resurrected Savior.

Jesus is the god of Christianity, it also is a false religion. in revelation, God is being worshiped 4:8-11, and in revelation jesus is the LAMB standing between the throne of God(God is the one who is seated on the throne) and the elders Jesus the LAMB is being praised (not worshipped) in Reve 5:8-14. So why is there confusion? Jesus never said he was God, and the bible never said he was God, so why did man make him God?
Also the Godhead in the bible in 1 John, was a forgery even trinitarians believe that it was added, and therefore cannot used to prove the trinity
the trinity does not exist. in 325 AD council of nicea declared that Jesus was God, and again added the holy spirit latted around 381 AD so its a concoction, its the devilish roman catholic church

Jesus is the God of the Bible and the Son of God the Father. Jesus sits on his throne on the right hand side of God the Father. Not too hard to figure that one out.

The trinity was a philiosophic principal introduced in the 4th century after the church apostatized that replaced the term Godhead which is found in the Bible. Since the Father and the Son are separate beings, they can sit on separate thrones.

He sits at the right hand of the Father. All members of the Trinity are co-equal; therefore, each acts in agreement with one another and therefore each is considered God. There is no disagreement among them.

Side-by-side thrones, of course. But they make a lot of noise when you flush them.
