I'm pretty sure it can't because most diseases are mostly just for animals, also a animals cold can not be transferred from you to them unless it is rabies or diseases like that.I don't think cats can get it.

No i'm pretty sure that this can not happen. They get their kinds of colds and sicknesses the can't catch human colds.

No really the only thing that can be transferd to you from a cat is Panleukopaenia Virus

Yes, it can be. It is not the same kind of signs and symptoms we actually have...........but yes, YOU can make your kitty sick. They will have stuffy or runny noses, temperature, and they can get dehydrated. You do not need to be directly in their face.
