I thought it was baking soda, but I might be wrong. Just wet your toothbrush, sprinkle some baking soda onto it, and brush your teeth like you normally would. Try not to brush too hard or too long, though, because the abrasiveness of the baking soda slowly wears the natural enamel on your teeth away and it can make it very weak and vulnerable to tooth decay.

No, i think you are supposed to brush them with it, wet your toothbrush and then dip it into a bit of baking soda and brush, not sure if it will really whiten them though

Not baking powder, baking soda. My Mom has used it all her life. Just put some on your toothbrush and use it like you would toothpaste.

Use it every day before you brush. It might sting at first but after a couple days it wont.
