Houston is the largest,odds say go that way,PLUS the ocean is nearby and living near the ocean is nice !!

HOUSTON IS OVER POPULATED/... DALLAS IS OK.. I LIVE THERE . .. and phoenix is really hot...
but i'd narrow it down to dallas or pho.
