Basic human rights are not being waived. Other than that, they should have no rights until they go back to the end of the line and wait their turn!

They are being treated better than middle-class Americans...they are criminals in our country, living off American taxpayers, demanding rights to which they are not entitled.......I'm tired of the sob stories...they made a conscience decision to be criminals, knowing the possible consequences to them & their children.... the only rights being trampled on are the rights Americans are afforded by the constitution...which our corrupt government seems to have forgotten.....

People that are in the US illegally are treated better than those that are having a hard time in the US that ARE citizens.
