We've got peafowl on our farm and I've decided I'd like to cook peafowl eggs. Does anyone know how to or a good recipe?

Also I've found my self partail to Zebra recently, but have been cooking it like horse. Does anyone know of any traditional recipes? I've had no luck finding any myself.

We've eaten ostrich eggs in S.Africa - slightly richer than traditional eggs and make you fart like hell!! As far as zebra is concerned, it would depend on what cut of meat you talking about. I'd say the rule of thumb would be to treat it like beef and cook accordingly.

you cab do the same with the peafowl as you would with chicken or ducks eggs.

as to the zebra the meat is a mix between beef and horse with venison taste.............you can go to town and conjure up your own recipe......that is what i do.......and i cant remeber afterwards what all i did......i do new things all the time with my cooking
