a very imp. q. from junior urology resident?

can i know why some people when we indrouce a foley cath. to them,they have some leakage? and how we can prevent it even by medicine?is antimuscurinic drugs enough for them??

Try a bigger Foley, and if you're still having problems ask your senior resident or attending about particular patients.
